Each property has its own manager who is 100% responsible all day, all night. No different departments pushing issues into other people's trays. You speak direct to your manager at all times. Each one has many years' experience and will give references to prove it. They do the listings, the pricing, the guest relations, the property management and if necessary, the maintenance. Lettsgetsmart manages all payments to the landlord via Client Money Protect covered bank accounts.
